Telehealth Can Still Support Depth and Connection.
Online psychotherapy is relational and insight oriented, with attention to emotional experience, recurring patterns, identity, culture, relationships, and present circumstances.
Care is intended for adults seeking a thoughtful space to understand distress and develop a way forward that fits the realities of their lives.
